No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by USAutomaticGateOpeners.com or when the product manufacturer's return policies supersede our own. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
Do not return goods to USAutomaticGateOpeners.com without first securing a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Any returns without a RMA will not receive a refund. Please email sales@USAutomaticGateOpeners.com or call (800) 878-7829 to speak with a representative about returning merchandise.
For any returned product that received a free shipping offer, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the customer and shipping back to USAutomaticGateOpeners.com
Note: Product must be unopened and in original packaging. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
