Pressing the Reset Button Causes the Gate to Operate

If the only button that allows your RSL gate operator to work is the reset button, the issue is most likely caused by a faulty receiver. Locate the LED Indicator button and the Push Button Input LED in the lower left corner of the Patriot control board.

1. Press the LED Indicator button and observe the Push Button Input LED. If the LED comes on, the receiver relay is stuck closed and needs to be repaired or replaced.
2. If the Push Button Input LED does not come on, contact the factory for further troubleshooting and information.
