How to Remove an Access Code from a Basic Wireless Keypad

Use this guide to delete a single user code while keeping all other codes active. You will need your Master password.

Delete One Access Code

1. Enter your Master Password.
2. Press 7; two short beeps mean it's ready. One long beep means you'll need to start over.
3. Enter the Access Code you want to delete.
4. Press 7.
5. Enter that same Access Code again to confirm.
6. Press 7. Two short beeps, and your code is deleted

Your Master Password and any other stored Access Codes are not affected when deleting a single access code.
