Shipping & Delivery: All orders are shipped as soon as possible via USPS, UPS, Fedex or any other carrier we deem fit to deliver the product. The shipping charges include any handling fees applied at checkout. Please note any damages when the package is dropped off with the carrier.

To better protect your privacy, we provide notice explaining our online information practices and the choices available for you to make about the way your information is collected and used. We make this notice available on our homepage and at every point where personal information may be requested.
Returns & Replacements: All sales are final. If a part is found defective, a new part will be issued, however it is up to the manufacturer to warrant new parts. Discount Fence Supply, Inc. is not liable for any losses. A return product authorization number (RPN) must be assigned by a representative at Discount Fence Supply, Inc. All returns are subject to a minimum of 30% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns on control boards or electrical parts. Customer is responsible for shipping back to manufacturer.
